Chair Medlen called the meeting to order at 10:12 am.  
Staff present: Christina Castle-Barber, Roshunda Ward, and Melissa Molina.

(speakers may be limited to two minutes).  
There were no members of the public present.  
APPROVE the Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of 12-4-24.

A motion was made by Lopez, seconded by Tiglao, to approve the Consent Agenda.

APPROVE the EOC Business Meeting Agenda for January 9, 2025.  
The draft agenda was discussed and it was determined that Onsite Monitoring needed its  
own agenda item instead of being part of the staff report.  
A motion was made by Tiglao, seconded by Lopez, to approve the Business meeting  
agenda as amended. The motion carried by the following vote: unanimous.

Melissa to work with Victor to schedule and AdHoc meeting: Elevating our Presence  
Christina to schedule a presentation on Make Parenting a Pleasure for the next business meeting.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for February 5, 2025 .

The meeting was adjourned at 10:34 am.

Zoom connection malfunctions for any reason, the meeting may be paused while a fix is attempted. If  
the connection is not reestablished, the committee will continue the meeting in person without remote  
access. Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day  
prior to the published meeting time.
