Update on Outreach Activities and Site Visit Coordination.

Discussion was held.
Public comment received.
The Subcommittee provided updates on outreach activities and program tour
coordination. Members shared completed visits, including Men & Women of
Purpose and Rubicon, and are awaiting a response from Reentry Success Center.
The schedule was revised to ensure only one member attends each tour, avoiding
quorum issues. Rena Moore will visit Reentry Success Center, Wilanda will visit
HealthRight 360, and Tiffany will visit Lao Family Community Development. The
outreach communication was updated to refer to these as program tours instead of
site visits.
7.
Brainstorm Future Service Model Ideas.
Discussion was held.
Public comment received.
The Subcommittee had questions about the "brainstorm future service models" agenda item.
After the Office of Reentry & Justice provided clarification, the Subcommittee decided to table
the discussion for the next meeting to allow time to research and identify potential program
models to explore, such as Restorative Justice and transportation services.
