Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda

(speakers may be limited to two minutes).

Nomination and Election of the Chair and Vice-Chair. Public Works staff may serve as

Secretary.

Review preliminary 2025/2026 Transportation Development Act (TDA), Article 3 Applications

for funding of bicycle and pedestrian projects.
