A. 645 Calls for Service: 6 Reports, 1 Felony, 1 Misdemeanor, 1 Arrest
Felonies: Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. The investigation
determined a child abuse occurred and one individual was arrested and
booked at Martinez Detention Facility.
Misdemeanors:
- A Blackhawk Deputy responded to a reported lost property at the BH
Plaza. The victim stated she left her glasses on a counter, and they were
gone when she returned to retrieve them. The incident was determined to be
a petty theft. Currently, no leads, no witnesses or suspects.
B. Arrests – One arrest listed above.
** Other reports were trespass and/or civil in nature.
C. Incidents of Interest
- Blackhawk & Valley Station Deputies, CHP and San Ramon Valley Fire
personnel responded to a single car traffic accident with injuries, and with
the vehicle smoking after colliding with a mailbox. The driver was
transported to San Ramon Regional Medical Center where they were treated
and released. CHP took over the collision investigation due to the injury.
D. Volunteers in Policing: 9 hours served by three volunteers. All volunteers
provided routine security checks and Vacation House Checks/extra patrol.
E. Items of interest:
- Blackhawk Deputies attempted to stop and educate a juvenile riding an
electric motorcycle (e-motorcycle) as they exited the BH Plaza. The juvenile
refused to stop and fled to a nearby residence. Investigation is ongoing to
identify the rider.
- The Chief reminds parents that e-motorcycles are generally not street legal
unless they meet very specific requirements. The Chief provided a
description of the various types of electric bikes, scooters and motorcycles.
- Process for becoming a volunteer; requires an extensive personal history
statement, and a modified background check. OES manages all the
volunteers, including initial training. They can work one or more hours.

C.H.P. Report-May 2026: None
Homeowner Association Report: Andrew Konieczny clarified that he represents Security for the
Community not the HOA. Andy Cohan will reach out to the HOA to determine why they no
longer attend the P2A Meeting.
