New Business

A. Consider the appeal of Sherree Williams from an order of dismissal as a Clerk

- Senior Level in the Health Services Department.

Old Business

A. Report the withdrawal of the complaint of Noel Luiz alleging retaliation and

harassment as a Fire Captain/Paramedic in the Contra Costa County Fire

Protection District.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for February 24, 2026.
