Committee received the report. the committee requested that staff:  
1. Set up a separate account to keep the reserve from the rest of the funds to  
easily see how much is available.  
2. Set up better training's for grantees around submitting reimbursement  
requests  
3. Set up a system to regularly have a report that tells where each agency is  
with expenditure balance.  
3a. Allows CCH team to reach out to agencies regularly to let them know how much is  
available and encourage them  
to submit requests.  
3b. This to be reported to the committee at least 2x per year.  
Committee supported staff recommendation that all timelines for grants should be aligned  
rather than have different start and end dates.  
CCH is currently moving all agencies to the same timeline for the next grant cycle.  
Committee requested to review the RFP for the next grant cycle. Staff to send out.
