Consultant - Review revised project application for Willow Pass Apartments, a proposed project
comprising of an affordable, three to four story multifamily building with 124 rental apartment
units on an approximately 2.48 gross acre site. The project includes a surface parking lot with
129 residential and 5 commercial parking spaces and on-site amenities including children's play
areas, outdoor fitness center, learning center, community room, dog park, and shaded sitting
areas. Along with multiple common areas and a central open space court yard readily available
to its residents. In addition, the project will contain 1,488 s.f. of commercial space that will front
on Willow Pass Road and Clearland Drive at the northwestern corner of the project.
