Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda

(speakers may be limited to two minutes).

RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the August 21st, 2025

meeting of the Racial Justice Oversight Body Diversion Subcommittee, with any

necessary corrections.

DISCUSS Ad-hoc Committee’s Progress.

DRAFT Discussion Prompts for the upcoming RJOB Town Halls.

Attachments:

DISCUSS any general updates from subcommittee members or ORESJ staff.

REVIEW and ASSIGN actions items from today’s meeting.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for December 18th, 2025.
