A. Consider whether to adopt the hearing officer’s report and recommendation to

deny the appeal of Catherine (Kate) DeLeon from denial of a promotion to the

flexibly staffed position of Health Services Systems Analyst III in the Health

Services Department.

A. Consider the appeal of Morgan Todorff from rejection on probation as an

Administrative Services Assistant II in the Animal Services Department.

B. Consider the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and

discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department.
