Roll Call and Introductions  
RECEIVE and APPROVE Record of Action for the September 9, 2024 meeting  
of the Steering Committee for the African American Holistic Wellness and  
Resource Hub Feasibility Study, with any necessary corrections.

Attachments:  
RECEIVE update from the ad hoc listening sessions and survey logistics  
workgroup and DISCUSS the planning and next steps for the feasibility study  
listening sessions that will take place in November 2024.  
Attachments:  
REVIEW and PROVIDE feedback on the feasibility study survey draft, and  
DISCUSS the launch, timeline and logistics of the survey.  
Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers  
may be limited to two minutes).  
The next meeting is currently scheduled for November 18, 2024.
