a. Open P2A Position - 1 Alternate

New Business:

a. Update on P2A community outreach to Blackhawk organizations;

increase awareness & educate community on the role & efforts of BHP.

b. Develop plan for Parcel Tax campaign

- Develop outline defining goals & objectives

- Update budget projections thru ’32/’33

- Clarification regarding role of P2A and Parcel Tax Campaign

- Create process to understand community’s needs & feelings

The next meeting is currently scheduled for August 12, 2025.

The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend

connection is not reestablished, the committee will continue the meeting in person without remote

prior to the published meeting time.
