REVIEW and CONSIDER APPROVING the minutes for the March 3, 2026  
AHFC meeting.

recapture of FY 2024/25 CDBG funds for The Riveter – Supportive project in

CONSIDER approving recapture of FY 2025/26 Measure X funding  
recommendation of $2,496,750 made to the TBV Villas at Renaissance project in  
Richmond.

CONSIDER and RECOMMEND FY 2026/27 CDBG-Housing, HOME, In-Lieu,  
and Measure X funds and DIRECT the Department of Conservation and  
Development to prepare a staff report on the AHFC funding recommendations to  
be considered by the Board of Supervisors on May 19, 2026.
