C.H.P. Report-March 2026: None
Homeowners Association Report: Procedural: Discussed how the HOA Gate staff verify/validate
uniformed officers coming into the gate. This could cause an issue when BH officers are
requesting assistance, and also when there are no BH officers on duty and the Valley station
deputies are entering the gates to provide patrol and security checks. Chief Dickerson would like
to have the policy revised. HOA will work with the Chief to clarify some language to facilitate
access.
