Roll Call and Introductions
An informational meeting was held in place of the regular meeting because quorum was not reached.
Logan Campbell called the informational meeting to order at 4:35 p.m.

Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Board and not on this agenda (speakers
may be limited to two minutes).
Three public comments were received.
3.
RECEIVE and APPROVE the Meeting Minutes from the November 5, 2025 Behavioral Health
Board meeting, with any necessary corrections
Quorum was not reached and approval of minutes was tabled for next meeting on January 7.
4.
Establish nominating committee for the January 2026 election of Chairperson and
Vice-Chairperson
Volunteers were requested to serve on the Ad Hoc Nominating Committee, which is responsible for
assisting in the formation of a slate of candidates for the election of the Chairperson and
Vice-Chairperson. Board members were informed that participation on the Committee would require
attendance at two planning meetings scheduled for December 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and December 17,
2025, at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of these meetings would be to develop the process for soliciting interest
in the officer roles of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
As part of the Committee’s responsibilities, members would assist with contacting other Board members
