Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this

agenda (speakers may be limited to two minutes)

Guidelines and Policies for Applications Submitted by DCD for Review by the Alamo

Municipal Advisory Council (Ruben Hernandez, Department of Conservation and

Development)

Review and Approve previous meeting Record of Actions.

The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to
