Tiffany Anaya called the meeting to order at 1:18 p.m.

CONSIDER approving the Record of Action from the May 15, 2025, CAB  
Programs & Services Subcommittee meeting.

The Subcommittee reviewed the work plan and identified the current priorities.  
Update on Outreach Activities and Site Visit Coordination.

The Subcommittee discussed the process for the site visits. Initial outreach will be  
send out by the end of the week. The goal is to have site visits scheduled and/or  
completed by the next full body meeting on July 10.

Discuss In-Custody Survey  
Discussion was held.  
The Subcommittee reviewed and discussed the responses from Jody regarding the  
in-custody survey and had questions on whether individuals on discipline or tablet  
restrictions could participate in paper survey.  
ORJ to provide focus group overview and procedures to better inform the  
Subcommittee on processes.  
The Subcommittee will explore releasing another survey during the fall and winter  
months, via tablet and on paper, with the hopes of achieving broader reach.

Brainstorm Future Service Model Ideas.  
Discussion was held.  
The Subcommittee to brainstorm and record service model ideas and discuss further at the  
next meeting tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 17, 2025.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 11 a.m.  
Next Steps:  
Subcommittee to complete initial outreach to CBOs by end of week and have completed  
and/or scheduled site visit updates by next full body meeting Thursday, July 10, 2025.  
Follow-up with Jody surrounding survey participation for those on discipline or tablet  
restriction and inquire about distributing another in-custody survey via tablet and paper in the  
fall/winter.

meeting.Subcommittee to brainstorm future service model ideas for discussion at the next  
Subcommittee meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:12 p.m. by Tiffany Anaya. The next scheduled meeting of the  
Subcommittee is Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 11 a.m.
