AAA staff will no longer snd ACOA meeting agendas/minutes individually. Agendas will come  
from the County Legistar system, so it is crucial to be signed up in Legistar to receive ACOA  
meetings info.  
Brown Act compliance requires quorum at every ACOA meeting. Quorum is 50% of members  
+1.  
Membership lists for each committee/workgroup are being established. Members can be outside  
of ACOA.

item on the agenda, may comment in person, via Zoom, or via call-in. Those participating in person  
should speak when called upon by the chair. Those participating via Zoom should indicate they wish to  
speak by using the “raise your hand” feature in the Zoom app. Those calling in should indicate they  
wish to speak by pushing * 9 on their phone. All public comments will be limited to 2 minutes per
