A. Consider the appeal of Bopha Tep from rejection on probation as a Mental

Health Clinical Specialist in the Health Services Department.

A. Consider the appeal of Sherree Williams from an order of suspension as a

Clerk Senior Level in the Health Services Department which was continued from

the May 13, 2025 Merit Board meeting.

B. Consider the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and

discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department,

which was continued from the June 10, 2025 Merit Board Meeting.
