Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda

(speakers may be limited to two minutes).

APPROVE the January 8, 2026 Industrial Safety Ordinance/Community Warning

System Ad Hoc Committee meeting minutes.

Attachments:

RECEIVE a verbal update on the status of the MRC full facility audit.

DISCUSS the Hazardous Materials Incident Notification Policy and incident

notification levels 1-3.

The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend
