The Contra Costa County Advisory Council on Aging and its committees will provide reasonable  
accommodations for persons with disability planning to attend the above noticed meeting if they call

The Contra Costa County Advisory Council on Aging is appointed by the Board of Supervisors to  
advise the Area Agency on Aging on all matters related to the development and administration of the  
annual Area Agency plan and operations conducted hereunder, in accordance with mandates from the  
Older Americans Act. Any comments or recommendations made by the Council or its individual  
members do not represent the official position of the County or any of its officers.  
HOW TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
Persons who wish to address the Advisory Council on Aging during public comment on matters within  
the jurisdiction of the Advisory Council on Aging that are not on the agenda, or who wish to comment  
with respect to an item on the agenda, may comment in person, via Webinar. Those participating via  
Zoom should indicate they wish to speak by using the “raise your hand” feature in the Webinar app.  
Those calling in should indicated they wish to speak by pushing * 9 on their phone.  
All public comments will be limited to 2 minutes per speaker.
