Old Business

A. Pursuant to Merit Board Procedural Rule 5A, report the withdrawal of the

appeal of Morgan Todoroff from rejection on probation as an Administrative

Services Assistant II in the Animal Services Department.

B. Consider the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and

discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department,

which appeal was continued from the April 22, 2025 Merit Board meeting.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for June 24, 2025.

The Merit Board will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to

attend the Board meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.
