A. Dismiss the appeal of William Coleman alleging retaliation for engaging in  
protected activities in the Health Services Department.

A. Consider the appeal of William Ramirez alleging the denial of a flexibly  
staffed promotion to Deputy Public Defender III in the Public Defender’s Office.  
The next meeting is currently scheduled for July 14, 2026.
