RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action from the September 16, 2024
meeting of the Equity Committee, with any necessary corrections.

ACCEPT the resignation of Nikki Lopez, Disability Seat, and DECLARE the
vacancy on the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity (ACEEO)
for the term ending November 30, 2025, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to
post the vacancies as recommended by the County’s Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO) Officer.

INTERVIEW candidates Clearnise Bullard for Labor-Trade Seat, Rameet Kohli
for Community Member Seat #1, and Oravanh Thammasen for Union Member
Seat #1 on the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity, as
recommended by the County’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer
