Guest Speaker: Diane Troung (Public Facilities ADA Program Manager) & Susan Skamser
(Public Access ADA Coordinator)
There are 2 sections of ADA and Diane Troung (Public Facilities ADA Program Manager) and Susan
Skamser (Public Access ADA Coordinator) of the Risk Management department are the Title II half.
Title I is more HR focused, whereas Title II is public access focused. Information for ADA needs to be
readily available for all departments and public access buildings to provide service whether used your
not. Both Title I and Title II will partner together if an issue arises where not only the employees'
accommodations are hindered, but the public as well.
To find the ADA public access accommodation request form, please go to the following website:

Roundtable Discussion/Public Comment
Good references to look at are the Board of Supervisors meeting presentations from June 24, 2025. Also,
a couple weeks ago, the HR department did a presentation to Board of Supervisors that could be helpful
for ACEEO inquiries.
Repeat mention of the Federal executive orders from January were brought up and now the Advisory
Council on Equal Employment Opportunity handbook should also be revised appropriately to exclude
the mentions of diversity, equity, inclusion or any mention of affirmative action.
Adjourn
The meeting is adjourned at 11:11 a.m.
The next meeting is currently scheduled for July 25, 2025.
The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend
the Committee meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting. Any
