Jessica Shepard, Deputy County Administrator, presented on guidance to avoid conflicts of

interest, followed by a training from NetFile representative, Melissa Morales, on how to file

Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests. Per California Government Code § 81008,

Form 700 filings are public records.
