Roll Call and Introductions
Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda
(speakers may be limited to two minutes).

Review of Agenda
Describe the agenda and goals for the meeting.
4. Hot Spot Activity
Participants will discuss “hot spots” in West, Central, and East County regions. Participants will
describe where unsheltered locations are within cities and will describe the unsheltered homelessness
that they are seeing (density of people/encampments, safety concerns, accessibility issues, etc.)
5.
Review of Stakeholders
Review of the stakeholders that are involved in the planning & outreach efforts for the 2025 PIT count.
Identify & request identification of additional stakeholders that H3 should reach out to.
6.
Training & Kick-Off Sites
Review PIT training sessions sites in West, Central, and East County; these will also serve as a kick-off
site on the morning of the count (January 30th)

Gift Cards
Requesting feedback on the gift cards that will be offered as incentives
