Call to order at 6:03PM.  
Roll Call and Introductions:  
Board Members Present: Andy Cohan, Robert Durr, Roger Fuidi and Dr. Vin Mathur.  
Board Members Absent: Linda Kralik and Linda Vaughn  
County & CHP Reps: Chief Jeff Schultz (Blackhawk Police Chief) and Carol Mascali  
(Supervisor Andersen's Office) and Officer Tyler Hahn (CHP Officer).  
Residents Present: Andrew Konieczny (HOA), Ron Banducci and Jeff Ross.

Review & Approve Record of Actions for March 11, 2025 meeting

Chief of Police Report – March ’25  
a. Still looking for a third BH Officer. Filling the vacancy with overtime for now. All shifts are  
being covered currently. Anticipate filling this position late May, early June  
b. 300 Calls for service: 4 Reports, 1 Felony, no Misdemeanors, and no Arrests.  
c. Felonies included:  
1) On 3/18/25, a residential burglary occurred on Blackhawk Dr. The suspect(s) entered the  
residence through a rear gate that was accessible from the Falls Golf Course. Once in the  
backyard the suspect(s) smashed a glass door leading directly into the primary bedroom. The  
bedroom was ransacked and take consisted of jewlery and hand bags. The break in occurred  
between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. The Sheriff’s Department Crime Lab responded and  
processed the home for evidence. The case has been assigned to Investigations Division.  
d. There were no misdemeanors in March 2025.  
e. There was one arrest. On 3/19/25, a female was arrested at her residence for shoplifting.The  
theft occurred the prior day at a CVS in Danville  
f. Volunteers in Policing: 21 hours served by four volunteers.  
g. One accident – vehicle vs fixed object  
h. Coffee with the Chief scheduled for April 16, 2025 at Blackhawk Drive and Blackhawk  
Meadow Drive (weather permitting).  
i. Roger Guidi asked if there was a recommended method of harding homes against current rash  
of home break-ins. Chief Schultz indicated that no system was perfect, but noted that motion  
sensors pointed at potential points of entry should improve home security.

C.H.P. Report:  
Some accidents on Camino Tassajara, but not in this area. CHP volunteers are driving in the  
area, hopefully making a difference. Glad for CHP presence!

Homeowners Association Report: Nothing to report.  
Blackhawk Country Club Report: Not present.  
Old Business:  
A. Open P2A Position-1 Alternate  
B. Parcel Tax Increase-tabled for next 2 months  
C. P2A Community Outreach to other Blackhawk organizations:Blackhawk Women's Group and  
Blackhawk Choir
