The committee discussed the draft report to the Board of Supervisors and approved it  
without edits. Staff were requested to add, if appropriate, additional language formally  
transmitting the memo to the Board and coordinate electronic signatures from the  
committee members. There were no requests for public comment.  
Discuss administrative Advisory Body Annual Report, to be transmitted to  
the Board of Supervisors by the Chair.

vice-chair will complete and submit to the Board of Supervisors before the end of January.

Receive informational update on Measure X reports heard by the Board of  
Supervisors in a joint meeting held November 12, 2024.

Staff summarized the November 12, 2024 Joint Meeting of the Board of Supervisors and  
Measure X Community Advisory Board, and provided an orientation to the new Measure X  
website. There were no requests for public comment.  
The next meeting is currently scheduled for a date to be determined in 2025.
