CDMS25-00008 – The applicant requests approval of a Minor Subdivision

application to allow a subdivision that will result in 2 lots (Parcel A: 77,484 sq ft.;

Parcel B: 62,366 sq ft). The address is 141 Dean Road, Alamo.
