Subcommittee reviewed its work plan to ensure alignment with current priorities  
and is taking intentional steps to advance the goals outlined in the plan. The work  
plan will be updated accordingly, with revisions made as needed to reflect evolving  
objectives and priorities.

The Office of Reentry & Justice shared the Continuum of Services report from  
Santa Clara County’s Office of Diversion and Reentry, outlining programs and data  
for individuals with justice system involvement. ORJ also provided examples of  
data reporting practices from other counties to help the Subcommittee understand  
how justice-related data is documented and communicated across jurisdictions.

The Subcommittee discussed department-specific metrics for inclusion in the  
reporting template. They have expressed interest in learning how dollars are  
allocated within departments, the number of people served, outcomes, additional  
data collected, and reported metrics. They also want to review the past five years  
of historical data to identify trends and develop standardized metrics to be used  
across all agencies, establishing a baseline for future reporting.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2025, at 11 a.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m. by Justin Van Zerber. The next scheduled meeting  
of the Subcommittee is Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11 a.m.
