Roll Call and Introductions

Receive staff report describing expenditures for costs of services provided to the  
Authority by the Contra Costa County Department of Conservation and  
Development (DCD), and County Auditor-Controller in FY 23-24 and Approve  
reimbursement to DCD, and County Auditor-Controller for Administrative Costs  
of services provided to the Authority in the Amount of $45,697.86

administrative costs for services provided to the Authority for FY24-25 in an  
amount not to exceed $55,000.00 which represents 5% of Authority's estimated  
gross revenues for FY 24-25

Adjourn  
The Authority will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend  
the Authority meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting. Any  
disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed  
by the County to a majority of members of the Authority less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are  
available for public inspection at 30 Muir Road, Martinez, during normal business hours. Staff reports  
connection malfunctions for any reason, the meeting may be paused while a fix is attempted. If the  
connection is not reestablished, the authority will continue the meeting in person without remote access.  
Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior  
to the published meeting time.
