Minutes were approved.
DISCUSS the Addendum to Public Works Maintenance Division decision document and
ADVISE staff on next steps
4.
The IPMAC discussed the document and determined Andrew Sutherland would present on 12/9/24.
5. DISCUSS the IPM Coordinator recruitment status
Staff stated recruitment process still in progress.
6. DISCUSS IPMAC priorities for the remainder of 2024 and ADVISE staff accordingly
IPMAC discussed the annual report and also the need in 2025 to bring additional presentations,
determine status of subcommittees/ task forces and set meetings.
