- Community Clean Up Day will be October 17, 2026; Developing updated flyer with more  
current messaging, please send contact information for locations for flyer placement to  
Anna.Cleese@bos.cccounty.us as we need find more places to distribute the flyer; D3 staff will  
be working to establish new platforms for material distribution on the island.

Project Updates  
December 2023 - Submitted a request to FEMA for Federal Funding.  
May 2024 - 35% Plans completed and are under review.  
November 2024 - Project design is moving toward 65% stage  
December 2024 - 65% PS&E completed and under review.  
February 2025 - CEQA is approved by DCD.  
March 2025 - CEQA is schedule to go to the board, after which the property acquisition progress  
and 95% will begin.

The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning
