- Woods Harbor: Significant activity from agencies and departments since last meeting, relevant

- BIMAC open seat: Appointee recommendation, Roger Broom; Process on-going; Projected  
appointment timeline of April 2026  
- Community Clean Up Day will be October 17, 2026; Developing updated flyer with more  
current messaging, please send contact information for locations for flyer placement to  
Anna.Cleese@bos.cccounty.us as we need find more places to distribute the flyer; D3 staff will  
be working to establish new platforms for material distribution on the island.  
- Piper Road Project (January 2026 request on Future Agenda)  
Piper repair update: Jan 2026 request, in progress upcoming meeting with public works

Project Updates  
December 2023 - Submitted a request to FEMA for Federal Funding.  
May 2024 - 35% Plans completed and are under review.  
November 2024 - Project design is moving toward 65% stage  
December 2024 - 65% PS&E completed and under review.  
February 2025 - CEQA is approved by DCD.  
March 2025 - CEQA is schedule to go to the board, after which the property acquisition progress  
and 95% will begin.

Adjourn  
The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning

the meeting. Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting  
agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Committee less than 96  
hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 3020 Ranch Lane, Bethel Island,  
24 hours/day. Staff reports related to items on the agenda are also accessible online at  
www.contracosta.ca.gov. If the Zoom connection malfunctions for any reason, the meeting may  
be paused while a fix is attempted. If the connection is not reestablished, the committee will  
continue the meeting in person without remote access. Public comment may be submitted via  
electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior to the published meeting time.
