CONSIDER Agency Comment Request CDLP25-02033 where the applicant  
requests approval of a Land Use Permit for the construction and operation of the  
Hubard Farming & Forestry Clean Power Project, a 6.6 megawatt solar generation  
facility with a battery storage system. The solar farms will be ground mounted  
single axis tracker system. The project would use approximately 30-acres of land.
