REVIEW and APPROVE the EOC Executive Committee Minutes of October 3, 2024

The Minutes of October 10 were approved with typo correction in "next steps" and  
passed unanimously.

REVIEW Advisory Body Annual Report

The Annual Advisory Body report was presented by Castle-Barber, highlighting the  
additions from the last draft.  
REVIEW and APPROVE November 14, 2024 Business Meeting Agenda  
The draft agenda was discussed with emphasis on onsite-visits and how the process will  
work. Castle-Barber shared the Resolution from Governor Newsom celebrating 60 years of  
Community Action.  
The agenda for the November 14 EOC Business Meeting was approved unanimously.

access. Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day  
prior to the published meeting time.
